本聲明為西沙GO PARK因舉辦「GO PARK MOMENT攝影比賽」活動 (本活動) 的目的對相關人士之個人資料的處理聲明。本聲明乃遵照《個人資料(私隱)條例》(第486章)的要求而發出，通知閣下作為用戶收集資料的目的、閣下同意本活動如何使用這些資料及閣下的權利。本聲明會不時更改，故請定期查閱。閣下參加本活動時，即表示同意接受當時生效之個人資料收集聲明。
一、資料之收集：
參加表格收集的資料，只供「GO PARK MOMENT攝影比賽」之用。提供個人資料純屬自願性質。如閣下尚未年滿18歲，必須獲得家長或監護人同意，方可向本活動提交任何個人資料。有關個人資料乃由參賽者自願提供，所收集的個人資料只供是次攝影比賽之用。資料將會提供予評審代表及 ／ 或其他相關人士參閱，並作為評審、統計、宣傳、聯絡及其他相關的用途。參賽者必須提供所需的個人資料，如未能提供，或所提供的資料不足或有誤，評審委員會可能因無法處理有關作品而取消其參賽資格。是次收集到的個人資料，將於比賽完成後六個月內全部銷毀。
二、資料之目的及用途：
是次活動所收集之資料將只用作活動領取獎品通知及核對身份之用。
三、資料之轉移：
參加之個人資料將被保密。然而由於系統管理、運作及保養需要，我們會將有關資料轉移或披露予對我們有保密責任並提供與本活動運作有關的行政、電訊、電腦、數據處理或其他服務的承辦商。
特殊情況下，本活動有權在未經閣下同意或未事先知會下，向第三者披露或發放閣下的個人資料。該等特殊情況包括：保障本活動的權利、權益、版權及知識產權，偵查或調查非法活動，執行法律規定的任何程序，以及保障用戶及公眾的個人安全等。
四、資料之查閱
根據《個人資料（私隠）條例》，閣下有權提出查閱及更改本活動所保存有關閣下的個人資料。閣下亦有權要求獲悉我們的私隱政策及我們持有的個人資料種類的詳情。如閣下希望行使任何該等權利，煩請發送電郵至 goparkcs@hongyip3.com 。
This statement sets out how personal data of individuals related to the “GO PARK MOMENT Photo Contest” (the Event) will be handled by GO PARK Sai Sha for the purposes of organising the Event. It is issued in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) to inform you, as a user, of the purposes for which data is collected, how you consent to the use of such data under the Event, and your rights. This statement may be updated from time to time, so please review it regularly. By participating in the Event, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Personal Information Collection Statement in force at the time.
1. Collection of Data:
The information collected via this entry form is used exclusively for the “GO PARK MOMENT Photography Contest” for purposes including judging, statistics, promotion, and communication. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, participants under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before submission. Please ensure all required fields are accurate, as incomplete or incorrect data may result in disqualification. All collected personal information will be accessed only by the Judging Panel or relevant authorized parties and will be securely destroyed within six months of the contest’s conclusion.
2.Purpose and Use of Data:
The data collected for this Event will be used only for prize notification and identity verification in relation to the Event.
3.Transfer of Data:
Participants’ personal data will be kept confidential. However, for system administration, operation and maintenance purposes, we may transfer or disclose such data to contractors who are under a duty of confidentiality to us and who provide administrative, telecommunications, computer, data processing or other services in connection with the operation of the Event.
In exceptional circumstances, the Event reserves the right to disclose or release your personal data to third parties without your prior consent or notice. Such circumstances include: protecting the rights, interests, copyright and intellectual property rights of the Event; detecting or investigating unlawful activities; complying with any legal procedures; and safeguarding the personal safety of users and the public.
4.Access to Data:
In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held in relation to the Event.
