條款及細則 Terms and conditions

 

  1. 凡本港居民均可參加，參賽者需持有香港身份證。
  2. 相片內容須與3個指定主題相關。相片必須拍攝到西沙GO PARK的整個或部分外貌。
  3. 比賽截止時間為 2026 年 6月 30日晚上 11 時59分 (香港時間)，逾時報名將不獲考慮。參賽作品接收時間將以系統顯示的時間為準，逾期遞交的作品恕不獲接受。
  4. 每位參賽者可就每個主題最多提交5 張比賽作品。
  5. 每名參加者只可參加一個組別 (公開組或學生組)。
  6. 相片須為參賽者本人在 2026年4月28日後於香港西沙GO PARK拍攝。
  7. 參賽作品可作合理調整光暗，色彩飽和度或適度剪裁，任何經後製合成之相片(例如在相片加入原先不存在的影像內容)、AI合成或過度處理作品概不接受參賽。接受以相機或航拍器內置的多重曝光、全景或HDR等功能所拍攝的作品，但要保存其Raw檔或原始相片為證。
  8. 參賽作品不能含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分或任何具爭議性及不適當之內容。
  9. 主辦機構有權拒絕不適當、與比賽主題無關或格式錯誤的參賽作品。
  10. 參賽作品不能含有宣傳任何商業或政治元素。
  11. 參賽作品一經遞交，均不能再作修改，調換及不獲退還。
  12. 參賽作品必須為參賽者的個人原創作品，不可有任何浮水印或個人記認，及不會侵犯任何第三者的任何權利 (包括肖像權、知識產權、保密權或私隱權)。如有違規，即被取消參賽或得獎資格。主辦機構將不會直接或間接為任何或以任何方式而由任何因抵觸任何版權法例而引起的責任負責。參賽者同意及承諾會接受及為所有該等由此而起的責任負責。有關《版權條例》（香港法例第528章）的詳情，請瀏覽 legislation.gov.hk。
  13. 參賽作品如有抵觸法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，主辦機構概不負責。參賽者須就以上情況所引致或招致的任何及全部訴訟、損失、損害賠償、申索、付款要求、開支（包括律師、代理人及專家證人收取的費用及開銷），以及為任何研訊程序及任何性質的法律責任達成和解而可能同意支付的償金及訟費，向主辦機構及其授權使用者作出彌償，並完全及有效地使其獲得彌償。
  14. 參賽者必須保證其作品並未曾涉及其他商業用途或於其他公開比賽得獎。
  15. 主辦機構保留要求得獎者遞交參賽作品的原始檔案，如參賽者未能或拒絕遞交原始檔案，主辦機構保留考慮取消其得獎資格的權利。
  16. 參賽者必須確保遞交作品及有關製作檔案並無任何保安及病毒問題，如發現檔案存有病毒，將被取消參賽資格。
  17. 參賽者必須清楚並同意所有遞交的作品，其知識產權將歸於主辦機構所有。主辦機構有權將作品（包括相片內之第三方之物料）、描述及參賽者資料以任何媒體形式展覽、出版、宣傳或作非牟利用途，包括上載至西沙GO PARK官方網站或社交媒體。主辦機構亦有權將有關作品作出使用、複製及派發全部或部分內容而毋須取得參賽者同意或繳付任何費用。
  18. 任何因電腦、網絡等技術問題而引致參賽者所遞交的資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識等情況，主辦機構概不負責。
  19. 主辦機構將保留一切比賽活動中之最終決定權，包括演繹、更改、取消或暫停此活動的條款及細則、獎項及其他安排，而不需另行通知。參賽者不得對比賽結果提出異議。
  20. 參賽者一旦遞交作品參賽，則相等於接納所有的條款及細則，如主辦機構相信有任何違反此活動的相關條款及細則的行為，主辦機構將保留隨時取消其參賽及獲獎資格的權利，是次比賽亦不設任何上訴機制。
  21. ⁠得獎者必須出示香港身份證及領獎通知電郵信息予主辦機構職員核對其身份方可換領獎品。如得獎者未能親自領獎，必須填妥領獎授權書授權有關人士代為領取。代領人須於領獎時出示其香港身份證正本、得獎者之身份證副本、領獎通知之電郵信息及已簽署的領獎授權書以作核實之用。
  22. 如有任何爭議，新鴻基地產代理有限公司、西沙GO PARK及活動主辦機構將保留最終決定權。
  1. The contest is open to all Hong Kong residents holding a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
  2. Submitted photos must relate to the three designated themes and must feature the whole or part of the GO PARK Sai Sha .
  3. The submission deadline is 11:59 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) on 30 June 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. The time displayed by the system will be regarded as final.
  4. Each participant may submit up to five (5) entries per theme.
  5. Each participant may only enter one category — either the Open Category or the Student Category.
  6. All photos must be personally taken by the participant at GO PARK Sai Sha after 22 April 2026.
  7. Reasonable adjustments to brightness, colour saturation, and cropping are allowed. However, photos involving compositing (e.g., adding elements not originally present), AI-generated or excessively retouched works will not be accepted. Images taken using in-camera functions such as multiple exposure, panorama, or HDR are acceptable, provided that the original RAW file or unedited image can be provided for verification.
  8. Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, offensive, insulting, controversial, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  9. The organiser reserves the right to reject any entries deemed inappropriate, irrelevant to the contest theme, or incorrectly formatted.
  10. Entries must not include any commercial or political content.
  11. Once submitted, entries cannot be modified, replaced, or returned.
  12. All submissions must be the participant’s original work and must not contain watermarks, personal identifiers, or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including portrait rights, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, or privacy rights). Any violation will result in disqualification. The organiser bears no liability, directly or indirectly, for any copyright infringement or related issues. Participants are solely responsible for any resulting claims or liabilities. For details on the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528), please visit www.legislation.gov.hk.
  13. Participants shall bear full legal responsibility for any contravention of laws. They shall indemnify the organiser and its authorised users against all resulting actions, losses, damages, claims, demands, costs and expenses (including legal and expert fees) arising from such infringement or legal breach.
  14. Entries must not have been used for any commercial purpose or won awards in other open competitions.
  15. The organiser reserves the right to request original image files from winners. Failure or refusal to provide original files may result in disqualification.
  16. Participants must ensure their submitted files are free from security risks and viruses. Entries containing infected files will be disqualified.
  17. By submitting an entry, participants agree that all intellectual property rights in the submitted works shall belong to the organiser. The organiser reserves the right to exhibit, publish, promote, or use the submitted photos (including third-party materials shown within them), descriptions, and participant information in any media format for non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to display on the official GO PARK Sai Sha website or social media platforms. The organiser may use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the submissions without prior consent or payment to participants.
  18. The organiser accepts no responsibility for any delays, losses, errors, or unrecognisable data submissions arising from computer, network, or technical issues.
  19. The organiser reserves the right of final interpretation regarding all aspects of the contest, including amending, cancelling, or suspending the activity, terms and conditions, prizes, and related arrangements without prior notice. Contest results are final and not subject to appeal.
  20. Submission of an entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found or believed to have violated any of these rules. No appeal mechanism will be provided.
  21. Winners must present their Hong Kong Identity Card and the prize notification email to the organiser’s staff for verification when collecting their prize. If a winner cannot collect the prize in person, they must complete and provide an authorisation form. The authorised representative must present their original Hong Kong Identity Card, a copy of the winner’s ID card, the prize notification email, and the signed authorisation form upon collection.
  22. In case of any dispute, Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited, GO PARK Sai Sha and the activity organiser reserve the right of final decision.
